Plan Terms & Conditions
-
Payments
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on the 15th of the following month (e.g., April commissions are paid on May 15th).
-
"Closed Sale"
A sale is considered "closed" and eligible for commission only after the customer's payment has been successfully processed.
-
Activity Rule (Residuals)
To receive recurring commissions (10%), you must maintain your "Active" status by making at least 1 new sale every 30 days.
Why? Residuals reward continuous growth and active brand management. Inactivity pauses this benefit.
How to reactivate? Simply make a new sale and your residuals will resume in the next payment cycle.
Important: Payments paused during months of inactivity "are neither retroactive nor cumulative". You simply start earning again from the month you reactivate.
-
Refunds (Clawback)
If a customer requests a refund of their "first monthly payment" within a 30-day period, 15% of the "New Sale Commission" for that sale will be deducted from your next payment.
-
Cancellations
Recurring 10% commissions are paid only for active, paying clients. If a client cancels, the recurring commission for that client stops.
-
Disputes and Changes
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment. The company reserves the right to modify this plan with 30 days' written notice.
